82rpm is a personal cycling blog. It is a set of static pages: there are no accounts, no comments, no forms and no newsletter, so the site does not ask for or store any personal data.

Cookies and tracking

The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts are served from this website, not from a third party.

If you switch between the light and dark theme, your browser remembers the choice on your own device (in local storage). It is never sent to us, and you can clear it by clearing your browser’s site data.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Greenhost in the Netherlands. Like any web server, it may keep technical logs of requests, such as IP address, date and page visited, to keep the service secure and working. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.

Maps

The maps load OpenStreetMap tiles from OpenFreeMap and elevation data from the Terrain Tiles dataset on Amazon Web Services. To show the map, your browser requests these files directly, so those services receive your IP address and the area of the map you view, under their own privacy policies.
